How to Apply
For New Students, the following documents are required:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate, if applicable
- First Communion certificate, if applicable
- Immunization Card
- Most recent report card
- Registration fee for new students: $450
What to expect:
If you would like to receive financial assistance, please notify the Principal at your family interview. This may be done in-person, via Zoom, or over the phone.
All forms will be verified and processed at your appointment with the office administration. However, if you have any questions before your appointment, please feel free to reach out to us at any time. Thank you for your commitment to Catholic Education.
- Interview with the Principal
- Student takes entrance exam
- Acceptance/Award Letter
- Registration fees to be paid/arranged within 15 days
- Turn in Birth Certificate, Vaccination Records, Baptism Certificate
- Final enrollment paperwork and FACTS registration
- Get ready for the First Day of School!
