Third / Fourth Grade
Distance Learning
The recent transition to remote distance learning has been a great challenge, but just as they have all year, Third Grade met the challenge! I am extremely proud of my students and their families. We are now using Google Classroom and Seesaw to turn in work digitally. We use ZOOM to have a virtual class every day, so at least we get to see and interact with each other. I have taken over a spare bedroom in my home as my new work space.
One of our assignments this week was to write a prayer to Jesus thanking him for dying on the cross for us. The students recorded themselves reading their prayer on Seesaw. It warmed my heart to hear their sweet voices. But mostly, my students reminded me how important it is to BE GRATEFUL, especially now.
May the glory of the Resurrection fill your heart with joy this Easter Season!
